Do I need prior experience for rafting adventures?
No prior experience is needed for our beginner rafting adventures. Our expert guides will provide all necessary training before you start. For intermediate and advanced adventures, some experience is recommended.
What should I bring for my adventure?
We recommend bringing comfortable swimwear, a change of clothes, water shoes or sandals with straps, a towel, sunscreen, and a waterproof camera if desired. All safety equipment will be provided by us.
Is there an age limit for rafting?
Yes, participants must be at least 12 years old for beginner rafting, 16 years for intermediate, and 18 years for advanced rafting. All participants must know how to swim.
How do I book an adventure?
You can book through our website, by phone, or by visiting our office in Rishikesh. We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance, especially during peak season.
What is your cancellation policy?
Full refunds are available for cancellations made 48 hours before the scheduled adventure. Cancellations within 24-48 hours receive a 50% refund. No refunds are available for cancellations less than 24 hours before the adventure.
