What we collect

When you book, contact us, leave feedback or subscribe to our newsletter, we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number, the trip you choose, dates and number of participants, and any message you send.

Payments are handled by Razorpay. We receive a payment confirmation and reference, but we never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.

Like most websites, we use Google Analytics (through Google Tag Manager) to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed and how people arrive. This uses cookies and does not tell us who you are.

How we use it

To confirm and manage your booking, send booking emails, answer your questions, and contact you about your trip.

To send our newsletter, only if you subscribed. Every newsletter has a way to unsubscribe.

To improve the website and our services. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

Google reviews

Our website shows reviews and photos that customers have posted publicly on our Google Business Profile. We display them as published on Google, with the reviewer's public name, and we link back to Google.

Who we share it with

Only the services that help us run the website and your booking: Razorpay (payments), our email provider (booking and contact emails), our hosting and database providers, and Google (analytics and business reviews). They may only use your data to provide their service to us.

We may also share information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep booking records for as long as we need them for the booking and for our accounting and legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your other details at any time.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.
