Challenging for rafting; Easy for camp
Mid-September to end of June
Our riverside camp in Shivpuri sits 200 metres from the Ganga — close enough to hear the current from your tent, far enough back to sleep undisturbed. With the Camping with Rafting package, you get the full river experience: an overnight stay with all meals included, a natural waterfall-fed swimming pool, evening bonfire and music, and the following morning a 16 km rafting run through Roller Coaster, Golf Course, and Club House before returning to camp for lunch and checkout.
The camp has 20–25 tents and cottages with attached washrooms, 24-hour electricity, charging points, and coolers. Each accommodation is river-facing or forested, and the common areas include a badminton court, volleyball net, rope courses, and a natural pool fed by Laddu Waterfall — a spring that drops from the hillside directly behind the camp. It's cold, clear, and approximately 4–5 feet deep.
Check-in is at 3:00 PM. The afternoon is yours — river, pool, rope course, or the path to the waterfall (about 60 metres from the camp perimeter). Evening begins with snacks and tea at 6:30 PM, followed by the bonfire at 7:30 PM (October to February) with light background music, and a generous dinner at 8:30 PM with veg and non-veg options. The night is genuinely dark — no city glow, clear stars on cloudless nights.
Day 2 starts with breakfast before a short transfer to the Shivpuri put-in. The 16 km run to NIM Beach covers eight rapids and takes 2–3 hours on the water, with a body-surfing stop midway. Back at camp for lunch, then checkout. The whole experience — from arrival to departure — takes less than 24 hours but feels considerably longer in the best possible way.
The package works equally well for solo travellers, couples, families, and corporate groups. For large group and corporate bookings, we can customise activities and meal arrangements — contact us with your group size.
The camp is in Shivpuri, approximately 17 km from Rishikesh town. It sits 200 metres from the Ganga with direct river access and mountain views from the tent windows.
The camp's swimming pool is fed naturally by Laddu Waterfall, which drops from a forested hillside directly behind the camp. The pool is cold, clear, and approximately 4–5 feet deep. No chlorine.
The camp can accommodate groups of any size. For corporate team-building groups we can add workshops, customised activities, and private dining arrangements. Enquire for group rates.
The bonfire is available from October to February. In summer months it is replaced with riverside seating and music.
